Dear Paul, Why'd you do it, man? Why? You were the last true bastion of purity from my youth, Paul. You were a Beatle. And Beatles do not sell out. Beatles are the call to revolution, the myth of true love and naivete, the precursors to the rock and roll of my high school years, and the soundtrack of nostalgia when I remember the happy times of my life. "Yesterday" is one of the greatest songs ever written, as are "Let It Be", "Penny Lane", and "In My Life". Beatles music is a joy to sing, with the radio or a lone guitar. It belongs there, not in the realm of personal investments or television jingles. Never there, Paul. Never, ever there. Please don't do it again. Sincerely, copyright 2002
