Stupid Quote(s) of the Day: "It is not surprising that [McAuliffe] would embrace Alec Baldwin because anger and vitriolic rhetoric has become the trademark of the Democratic Party." -- RNC communications director Jim Dyke, on DNC chairman Terry McAuliffe, who refused to censure actor Alec Baldwin for referring to unidentified members of the Republican party as "fundamentalist wackos". Is he fucking kidding me? The *Democrats* have trademarked "vitriolic rhetoric"??? This from the party who has taken commercial revenge on every single performer/writer/celebrity who has had the balls to speak out against the invasion and occupation of Iraq, said time and time again that anyone opposed to the invasion was unpatriotic and unamerican, and whose Vice fucking President told Patrick Leahy on the Senate floor to go fuck himself??? And you expect to be taken seriously in your righteous indignation? I don't fucking think so, Rick. Step the hell off. Sorry, kids, but that's all I have time for today. It was a looooong weekend. And it's looking like a longer week; it hasn't even started yet, and I've already been hit with the big frozen fish of unhappiness right in the face. That's a Photon reference...kudos to the first one of you that gets it, Random and Cannon. And big hugs to both of you. Peace out, copyright 2002
