So, I changed my ticket today, to fly out on November 19, instead of October 9. I just need more time to work on the book, which I realized last week. Dealing with flying at all causes severe anxiety, btw. Just changing my flight (and thinking about it now) freaked me out and made me short of breath. I really hate flying, and it gets worse every time. After changing my reservation, though, I went to do laundry and pick up some groceries, and I have to say, as I was walking through the store, I realized I get a whole extra 5 weeks in Paris...WOOOO-HOOOOOOO!!! Now let's all cross my fingers that when I go to get on the plane, no one notices I sorta overstayed my grace period. But I have to wonder how important it is, when no one even bothered to check my passport when I got here. God, I hope I did not just jinx myself. :( ::knock wood:: The weather here has gotten uber-muggy, btw. On Monday, even though it was 65 or so, which would normally freeze my butt off in nothing but short sleeves, the humidity was so extreme that not only was I not cold, I was actually hot and sweating buckets. I long for the comparatively arid California air, as far as that goes. Guess what I had for breakfast this morning? Since I was out of Activia and puree'd peaches, I went for Cap'n Crunch. Yumm. :) Can't do that every day, though. And I kinda miss my Activia and peaches, which are a perfect diet breakfast. :) And now, I'm about to have quiche lorraine and insalata caprese for dinner. Paris totally rocks. :) I'm going to look at photos after dinner, so if any are cool, I'll post 'em in a bit. Peace out, copyright 2002
